With more than 40 years business experience, spanning UK, Europe, Russia, China, USA and South America, along with a self-development mindset since attending his first personal development event in 1982, Stephen has always sought to achieve the highest standards, whilst being at his best to serve and add value wherever he has worked or played.

In more recent years Stephen has aligned with his purpose - to be a catalyst for World Peace, this has brought him in contact with Conscious Capitalism, Conscious Enterprise Network, and other groups who see the business community, and a new paradigm of capitalism itself, as a means to creating more peace, prosperity and abundance in the World.

Stephen is interested in working with organizations who appreciate the importance of transformation as the way to protect our resources, environment, and people, whilst still having a successful and profitable business.  His consultancy delivers Programs and other assets to facilitate the transformation of business to a more ethical and inclusive philosophy, for the benefit of all stakeholders, including shareholders and owners.
