Peter is a specialist lawyer in commercial and tax law with over 40 years’ experience acting for corporations, SMEs and families. He was a partner in the leading Australian Legal firm of McCullough Robertson for 25 years and remains a Consultant to the firm.He is also the Founder and CEO of Transition Planning Australia, which assists business owners, executives, professionals and employees in the transition from business or work to the next phase of their lives. He is also As The Wisdom Company’s regional representative in Australasia, he is looking to develop a network of Advisors and Consultants delivering TWC programs in the region.

He specialises in taxation business structures / restructures, and tax and estate planning. For the past 20 years, his focus has been on assisting businesses in their business succession process – not just the tax and legal aspects, but adopting a broader focus on the practical aspects and “how to’s” of the business sale or succession process.
