Arthur (Art) Dolan enjoys over 50 years of sales and marketing experience to help business organizations succeed in challenging times.

Art’s education in pre-medical sciences led naturally to a decade-long successful career in pharmaceutical sales where Art was involved with the sales introduction of new ventures into Canada for an established European manufacturer and later with medical equipment and diagnostics of a major Euro-Canadian company.This led Art to broaden his expertise as a pioneer in pharmaceutical and medical marketing as a stand-alone specialization, advising many leading multi-national and national healthcare organizations in the advertising and marketing of their products both in Canada and the United States. This expertise has evolved with perspicacity, empathy and inclusive equitability. Because of the nature of the products and services, Arthur Dolan has always kept his focus on the benefits to people.

Throughout Art’s career, his success has been measured by growth in revenues as well as profit. Art’s focus on benefits to all stakeholders including clients, customers and other stakeholders has delivered him a deep satisfaction for his efforts. Notably, satisfaction came from consistent profitable sales growths ranging from 20% to over 100% in spite of some very challenging economic conditions.After a brief period of retirement, Art’s interest in helping stakeholders expanded into helping people make better decisions affecting their legacy and lifestyles. This focus, and interest in professional development, introduced Successful Transition Planning Institute into his sphere. Under STPI, he has trained in transition management with Jack Beauregard (CEO) and been involved with Jack’s new venture, The Wisdom Company. Joining the advisory board of this new venture, Art has focused his expertise on monetizing this initiative through the application of disciplined marketing strategies.
